ChicnChill embarked on its journey in 2021 as an online store on Instagram specializing in handwoven home decor. Over a year, it evolved into a renewed brand which was extremely popular with ethical handmade decor items.

With an expanding customer base and a growing demand for online shopping experiences, ChicnChill recognized the need to establish a strong online presence through an e-commerce website.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

The primary objective of this project was to create an eCommerce website for ChicnChill, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for their customers. In addition to setting up the online store, the project aimed to implement several key features:

  • Social Reviews: Incorporating customer reviews and ratings to build trust and credibility.
  • Custom Brand Logo Template: Designing a unique brand logo template to reinforce ChicnChill’s visual identity.
  • Visitor Tracking: Implementing tracking mechanisms to gain valuable insights into customer behavior.
  • Remarketing: Developing strategies to re-engage and convert website visitors effectively.

TECHNICAL STACK

The chosen technical stack for this project includes WordPress as the content management system (CMS) and WooCommerce as the e-commerce platform. This combination was selected for several reasons:

  •  User-Friendly: WordPress is known for its ease of use and extensive community support, making it ideal for clients who want to manage their content easily.
  • E-commerce Capabilities: WooCommerce is a robust e-commerce plugin that seamlessly integrates with WordPress, providing a feature-rich platform for online retail.
  • Scalability: WordPress and WooCommerce offer scalability to accommodate ChicnChill’s future growth and expansion.

 

THE SOLUTION WE PROVIDE

The primary goal of the project was to build a fully functional eCommerce website for ChicnChill. Furthermore, they aimed to enhance customer trust, customer insights, reinforce brand identity, and maximize conversions potential.

By implementing social reviews, a custom brand logo template, visitor tracking, and remarketing strategies, ChicnChill sought to provide a comprehensive and memorable online shopping experience for its customers.
